With a heavy heart but a clear mind that due to the corvid19 pandemic, I have made the decision that we will not be conducting the 2020 Mushroom tours, we will be moving the bookings for the 2020 Mushroom tours to the 2021 season.
That means your bookings will be secure for next season and that I will call you to arrange a date that works for you February 2021.
But there is always next season!
So In 2021 come join Cameron Russell for an informative, gentle drive and saunter as the cool Autumn Sunday morning mists swirl and curl along the lane-ways and byways of the Mornington Peninsula.
Cameron will again guide ramblers on a how to distinguish between different varieties of Mushrooms, palatable and poisonous that can be found in the region as we unearth the bounty of the fungi world
The First Mushroom Tour lasts for One and Half hours. We go to one of a number of places around the district and look at the fungi, how they grow why they grow and pick some edible types for you to try. Upon our return to the winery you will receive a glass of Moorooduc estate wine and will be able to try some of the edible wild mushrooms that we have collected.
The cost of this tour is $65 per person
